Have you or a loved one been harmed by a faulty product or drug? Get Your Case Evaluated →

Products are meant to help us in our daily lives, not hurt and kill us.  Makers of products have a responsibility to make sure that their products are safe and have adequate warnings about their use.  The Walker Law Firm has vast experience in representing victims of bad products who have either been seriously injured or killed.

It is often difficult to secure an adequate recover from a manufacturer since they often deny liability and responsibility.  However, if you can show that you were injured while using a product and the attorney can demonstrate that the product is unreasonably dangerous or not fit for its intend use, the manufacturer can then be held responsible and made to compensate the victim by the jury and the court.

Let the Walker Law Firm help you with your class action or mass tort case.
Defective Products

Today consumers need to be concerned with the medicines that they are taking.  They also need to be careful about their usage of baby powder and herbicides.   Many companies are putting profit ahead of the dangers posed to consumers.

Each year, between two and three hundred products are recalled every year when safety hazards are discovered.  In many cases, an injury or a death is the reason the hazard was discovered.

Consumer class action litigation as well as mass torts are very complex.  These are similar but not identical.  Where class actions consolidate many plaintiffs into a single case, mass torts involve many individual but similar cases.

Drugs to Look Out For

These are only some of the drugs that have been found to contain defects in their design that have caused injuries and/or death:

There is evidence that women that have used talcum powder products, e.g. Johnson & Johnson Baby Powder, Shower 2 Shower, have a much higher incident of developing Ovarian Cancer.  We are currently reviewing these type cases.  If you or a loved one has used these products or something similar and received an Ovarian Cancer diagnosis, call us for a free consultation.

Elmiron

A lawsuit was filed against Janssen Pharmaceuticals, a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson on May 4, 2020.  It is claimed that the Elmiron caused a woman to develop maculpathy–a degenerative disease of the retina in her eyes.  The woman had been taking Elmiron since 2012 following a diagnosis of interstitial cystitis, also known as “painful bladder syndrome.”
