Hal Walker has been litigating cases for over twenty-five years and after additional training, has become a leader in Mediation & Arbitration in Alabama and Georgia.  He handles complex civil litigation including claims involving Injury, Wrongful Death, Divorce, and Financial Matters.  Hal is a Mediator and Arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and handles cases for them in the southeast United States.  Hal has completed numerous hours of training through the Alabama State Bar, various Mediation Organizations, and FINRA.  Hal has become highly successful in settling cases that he is asked to help resolve through Mediation or Arbitration due to his insights and training about people and understanding how and what motivates them to settle their disputes.
