Have you or a loved one been harmed by a dangerous drug? Get Your Case Evaluated →

Drugs are meant to help us in our daily lives, not hurt and kill us.  Makers of drugs have a responsibility to make sure that their products are safe and have adequate warnings about their use.  The Walker Law Firm has vast experience in representing victims of injury and death for taking dangerous drugs.

It is often difficult to secure an adequate recovery from a dangerous drug manufacturer since they often deny liability and responsibility.  However, if you can show that you were injured while using a product and the attorney can demonstrate that the product is unreasonably dangerous or not fit for its intend use, the manufacturer can then be held responsible and made to compensate the victim by the jury and the court.

Dangerous Drugs and Products

Today consumers need to be concerned with the medicines that they are taking.  They also need to be careful about their usage of baby powder and herbicides.   Many companies are putting profit ahead of the dangers posed to consumers.

Each year, between two and three hundred products are recalled every year when safety hazards are discovered.  In many cases, an injury or a death is the reason the hazard was discovered.

Dangerous Drug cases can be through class action litigation or as mass torts.  Dangerous Drug cases are very complex.  These two types are similar but not identical.  Where class actions consolidate many plaintiffs into a single case, mass torts involve many individual but similar cases.
